Clearwater Web Design Firm To Add Up To 12 Jobs

Great Circle Studios, a web design firm in Clearwater, plans to create up to 12 jobs in the next year. The full-service web design company also offers search engine optimization (SEO) and managed hosting services. The company was founded three years ago by Jason and John Stanard.

“When we first started, it was just John and me, but now we have nine full-time employees,” says Jason Stanard, president and co-founder of Great Circle Studios. “If we continue with the growth we’ve been experiencing, we will hire anywhere from 4 to 12 employees in the next year. ”

Stanard expects the new positions to be in sales, design, development and administrative support. While the company has satellite offices in Washington D.C., London, England and a newly opened branch office in New York City, the added positions will be housed at the company’s headquarters in Clearwater.

With so many web design companies popping up throughout the Tampa Bay region, competition is fierce. Stanard attributes his company’s success to his approach to design and customer service.

“We are not an order taking, one-size-fits-all web design firm,” Stanard says. “We take a consultative approach with our clients, evaluating their business needs and offering them a website that fits those needs. At least 50 percent of my clients have had a bad experience with a design firm, so we try to be as responsive as possible answering the phones directly and getting things done on time and within budget. Caring for the client’s business and doing what is right for the client is our number one priority. ”

Great Circle Studios is at 33 N. Garden Ave., Suite 120 in Clearwater.
