TIA Sees Increase In International Passengers
The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that, according to US Department of Transportation statistics, international travel is up at Tampa International Airport this year. From January through June of this year 19,306 international travelers passed through the airport, which is a 404.3 percent increase over the same period last year. USDOT ranks the airport 39th in volume of international travel. Miami International Airport ranks first in the nation.
