1^st Choice Industries is a construction, property management and business solutions company in Sarasota. The company was founded in 1983 and started as a family business in New Jersey. After years of success, the company moved to Sarasota in 2004. 1st Choice Industries currently employs approximately 100 people, but plans to hire an additional 10 employees by the end of 2011.
