Tampa EMS VP Wins Award For Green Ambulance Initiative
Terence Ramotar, vice president of Transcare Ambulance Services in Tampa, is one of 10 national recipients of the Journal of Emergency Medical Services’ Innovators in EMS 2009 Awards. Ramotar spearheaded a green initiative to reduce the electrical load of ambulances and keep equipment batteries charged. Ramotar is also the director of support services for Sunstar EMS in Pinellas County.Read the full announcement.
