Luxury condo, The Salvador, headed for ground-breaking

DDA Development is ready to break ground on the 13-story luxury residential tower, The Salvador. The luxury condominiums are bucking a trend toward more apartments but Smith & Associates director of development, David Moyer, says about 30 percent of condos have pre-sold.

The Tampa Housing Authority is searching for a professional theater company to operate a 5,000-square-foot theater at Tempo, a multi-family apartment building under construction at ENCORE! Tampa. Tempo is expected to open in 2015. ENCORE is a $425 million master-planned urban village adjacent to downtown Tampa.
