The journal Human Rights Quarterly recently featured a review of William F. Felice’s book, How Do I Save My Honor? War, Moral Integrity and Public Resignation, published in April, 2009. The book explores the moral issues that arise in the wake of governments’ decisions to go to war without reason. He focuses on the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 and the officials who took part in helping it get carried out, including former Secretary of State Colin Powell and members of the British Parliament.
