Leroy Moore, Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer with the Tampa Housing Authority and chair of the Urban Land Institute’s racial equity task force for Tampa Bay, offers his astute insights into what it takes to ensure a balance of property development, affordable housing, and urban design.

Moore directs all aspects of the Authority’s Office of Operations and Real Estate Development, including the latest: The Boulevard at West River on the west side of the Hillsborough River across from downtown Tampa. The Grand Opening celebration of The Boulevard is taking place on Wednesday, Sept. 29.
