Downtown redevelopment is the big story in Temple Terrace, the city within the city of Tampa. City leaders closed on a monumental deal with Vlass Temple Terrace LLC in 2009 that sets the stage for a new Main Street and a mixture of office, retail, restaurant and residential uses in the city’s downtown.
