IPitomy Communications, a telecommunications company based in Sarasota, plans to add jobs in 2011.

“We expect to add 10 people to our workforce this year,” Nick Branica, CEO of IPitomy Communications says.

The Sarasota-based company has experienced steady growth, and plans to increase its workforce by more than 50 percent to accommodate its growing clientele. Branica founded the company in 2004, and attributes the company’s success to its ability to offer quality products and support.

“The telecommunications industry is going through a major transformation from the old traditional telephone network to VoIP, which runs on the Internet,” Branica says. “IPitomy has a background in both technologies and is in a unique position to support our customers in a way that reduces the learning curve and increases the number of features and functionality available to our customers.”

In order to continue to provide quality products and service to its clients, Branica says the company will be adding more staff in 2011.

“IPitomy currently has 15 employees, but will be adding 10 more,” Branica says. He goes on to say that the positions the company will be hiring for are sales, software engineering, support and management.

“We look for highly motivated individuals that want to participate on our team and bring their ‘A’ game,” Branica says. “We look for sales people that have relevant industry experience and are motivated by money.” He also says that engineering and support employees need to have a passion for the business.

IPitomy Communications is at 1940 Northgate Blvd., Suite B-1 in Sarasota.
