The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that while shopping centers these days are sporting vacant retail spaces, Tampa's Centro Ybor is attracting new tenants. These include a Hamburger Mary's, a Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Co. and Tribeca ColorSalon.
The latest? ChappellRoberts, an innovative marketing firm that left its former Westshore digs in favor of the more urban and eclectic environment Ybor City offers. The firm will soon occupy the 7,000-square-foot space that once held the International Bazaar.
