Luxury Concierge Opens In Tampa

Grandeur VIP, a business unit of FE Samuels Group, will establish its headquarters in Tampa. Property services company, F.E. Samuels established their North America operations in Tampa four years ago. With offices also located in London, England, Switzerland and Senegal, Central Africa, one of F.E. Samuels specialties is to assist non-residents with acquiring real estate properties outside of their borders, and they work with a variety of business professionals including realtors, attorneys and accountants.

With over 40 employees working out of the main headquarters in London and affiliate offices around the word, F.E. Kenneth E. Fonderson, president and CEO of FE Samuels, NA, will also oversee the Grandeur VIP outfit which highlights the leisure aspects of travel. “We deal exclusively with high net worth clients, and they want more than just a real estate transaction,” said Fonderson. Grandeur VIP offers business concierge services for their luxury clientele who travel abroad, which may include luxury apartments, serviced meeting rooms and chauffeur services to and from travel destinations. Currently employing six associates, Grandeur VIP expects to add an additional 10-15 client relationship executives in the next 12-18 months. A formal launch for Grandeur VIP will be held in early 2010.
