USF Soccer Player Gets Big East Athlete Of The Year Honor
University of South Florida student Francisco Aristeguieta won the Big East Conference’s Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year honor for 2010. Aristeguieta is a captain of the USF Men’s soccer team and maintains a 3.94 GPA.
The Caracas, Venezuela native is the second USF student in a row to receive this honor. He will be awarded at $4,000 scholarship to be applied to postgraduate work.
