Webjet.com says it was built on fundamental principles shared by its founding companies – give customers easy access to the lowest fares without compromising great service. Launched in April, Webjet.com follows the success of its parent companies Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd., Australia's largest online travel agency, and Farecrawler inc., a U.S.-based online travel agency.

Operating as an independent flight booking engine, Webjet.com promises to find the cheapest fares available by sifting through millions of published airfares, including discounted fares. Total prices are displayed.

Webjet.com asks travelers to "think of us as your virtual real-time travel agent, helping you plan your trip and find the best deals available'' on both international and domestic air travel.
