St. Joseph’s Leads Florida’s Hospitals Toward Sustainability

St. Joseph’s Hospital-North recently became Florida’s first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified hospital.The Lutz facility covers 350,000 square feet and employs the use of sustainable features such as low-flow water fixtures, landscape maintained with 100 percent reclaimed water and individual controls for lighting and heating.Read the complete story.
