Indiana-based media company Fourth Estate Inc. has purchased 83 Degrees Media parent company Issue Media Group. Fourth Estate President John Montgomery is the new CEO. IMG co-founders Brian Boyle and Paul Schutt will transition to new roles with the company. The rest of the IMG team stays in place.
