A University of South Florida St. Pete entrepreneur senior pitched the winning idea in Tampa Bay's first 10-100-1000 Challenge.

competition, hosted by
Creative Tampa Bay and
Creative Loafing, named student Reuben Pressman the winner for his idea of constructing red swings in public places to offer people a respite from their hectic day and a place to recall childhood memories.
