University of South Florida student Jean Weatherwax was recently named the recipient of the coveted postgraduate Marshall Scholarship.
The scholarship is given to fewer than 40 students a year and provides university fees, cost-of-living expenses, books, research and travel grants for up to three years of study at Imperial College-London,
ranked 8th in the Times Higher Education's World University Rankings for 2011-2012.
Weatherwax's research involves work on a novel implantable glucose sensor, according to
