Downtown Oldsmar's bank building, which first opened in 1919, will reopen this summer as the new home of the City Council Chambers.
The building could potentially be the city's first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
Renovations, designed by Tarpon Springs firm
Hoffman Architects, began in September.
