OnCall Staffing Opens Office In Wesley Chapel

OnCall Staffing, one of the top five fastest-growing privately held companies in Jacksonville since its inception in 1995, has opened an office in Wesley Chapel.

The Wesley Chapel office opened February 1, says President Mike Rolewicz, and will employ at least four to start.
 
As a staffing agency, OnCall will be seeking temporary employees for various positions at other companies in the community, including administrative support, medical and legal office support, accounting, IT and marketing. The agency offers temporary, temporary-to-permanent and direct hire opportunities.

Two of OnCall's new positions have been filled, Rolewicz says, and he expects to fill two more by the end of 2011. The additional positions will fill administrative/office support and recruiting roles.

Rolewicz says the Wesley Chapel office will be run by former employee Victoria Henrich, who moved to the Tampa Bay region after working for OnCall in Jacksonville. He describes her as the best account executive he had in Jacksonville.

"I believe you build your business around people," Rolewicz says. "I have no doubt Victoria will do a tremendous job of spreading the word and servicing clients in the Tampa Bay market."

For job seekers who may be interested in working with OnCall Staffing, Rolewicz has the following advice. "Be flexible and willing to go outside of your comfort zone."

OnCall Staffing's new office is at 3848 Flatiron Loop, Suite 101, in Wesley Chapel in Pasco County just north of Tampa.
