Wanted: 35 Skilled Workers By Tribridge In Tampa

Tribridge, an IT services and business consulting firm in Tampa, is looking for workers to fill 35 job openings.

The technology firm was founded in 1998 by three Tampa Bay area entrepreneurs and has grown to more than 300 employees. Tribridge has 13 locations nationwide and serves both the public and private sectors.

"The three guys who founded the firm are all from Tampa, one day they were sitting on a boat in the (Tampa) Bay talking about starting their own consulting business," says Chris Milan, managing director of the southeast region. "While they were talking, they were looking at the three bridges, and that is where the name Tribridge came from."

According to Milan, not only does Tribridge call Tampa home, the company is passionate about the community. "We are very involved with the local United Way," says Milan. "This is such a great community and we enjoy giving back."

Due to continued growth, Tribridge is looking for talent to add to their team. "We are looking for specific skillsets in the IT consulting field," says Milan. "Consultants experienced in ERP, ERM, security, infrastructure and SharePoint."

While the corporate headquarters is in Tampa, Milan says that with mobile technology there are no geographic limits. "We find the best talent no matter where it is," Milan says. "A lot of our employees are virtual, and work remotely, which is a saving to the customer. If we find the right person, we will hire no matter where they are located."
