Students at Berkeley Prep in Tampa get a chance to touch and see for themselves the intricacies of robotics as Surgeon Lennox Hoyte demonstrates what it takes to work in today's healthcare environment.
The fifth-graders through seniors already excel in math and science at
Berkeley Prep and may one day be interested in pursuing careers in medicine.
When not visiting local private and public schools, Hoyte, a professor at
USF Health, teaches medical school students and surgeons in the latest procedures at the
DaVinci Center for Computer Assisted Surgery.
