It's the end of summer. Schools are back in session. Government leaders are being forced by less tax revenue to make tough decisions about what services to provide and which to jettison. Members of the corporate C-suites are looking ahead to 2012 and beyond.
With four months left in the year, many are already predicting that 2011 will go down in history as the turning point -- the year when pivotal decisions were being made to propel the nation and the rest of the world out of the economic doldrums of the recent past and into what comes next in redefining prosperity.
So it seems particularly timely for
83 Degrees Media to present the accompanying opinion piece from Millennial Brian J. Seel in honor of Labor Day as his
personal call to action for the next generation of talented workers to step up with energy, innovative ideas and enthusiasm for creating change in the new economy.
Seel and other young professionals often featured in 83 Degrees, such as the story about
Shaun C. Robinson of Strong College Students, are finding their voices to unite the Tampa Bay region as never before to create a powerful synergy that promises to make a difference in what is yet to come.
